Semchenko Igor Valentinovich
I graduated from physical faculty of the Gomel state university in 1981 with honors. After the termination of postgraduate study works at the Gomel state university: since 1984 – the assistant to chair of the general physics, since 1985 – the associate professor, from 1989 to 1997 – the dean of physical faculty, from 1997 to 2004 – the head of the department of the general physics, since 2004 – the vice rector for study.
Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences (1997), associate professor (1988), professor (1999).
According to structure of operational management at university, supervises work of educational and methodical management, faculties and chairs, magistracies, the French-Belarusian institute of management, it is information - computer center and sector of TSO, library, the testing center.
Khakhomov Sergey Anatolyevich
Specializes in area of acoustics of crystals and electrodynamics of artificial anisotropic structures.
The author more than 240 published scientific works, including the monograph, heads in two monographs, 7 patents for inventions. I made reports at the international scientific conferences in Russia, Ukraine, Japan, Canada, Morocco and Western Europe.
It was invited for reading scientific lectures in technical university of Helsinki, Finland, in Yagellonsky university, Krakow, Poland, in university of Suzuki, Hamamatsu, Japan.
I managed optics chair in 2003-2009. The dean of physical faculty about 2009 - 2010. Now holds a position of the rector.
