The Academy operates on the basis of students' research laboratory "Network Technologies and Multimedia (Stimulus)" of ASIP (Automated Systems of Information Processing ) Physics Department of Educational Establishment Francisk Skorina Gomel State University.

Approximately half of this amount is trained with the assistance of staff of the department of Automated Systems of Information Processing.
