In June 2007, having received an invitation from the Regional Cisco Academy at Higher State College of Communications (Minsk), the leaders of students' research laboratory "Network Technologies and Multimedia (Stimulus)" familiar with the curricula of Cisco Networking Academy and started to implement the proposed technology in the learning process.

In September 2008, registered the first students to train them with training materials from Cisco Networking Academy.

In March 2009, obtained the status of the Regional Academy in the part of the training course IT Essentials.

In April 2009 the Academy received equipment as a grant the for conducting laboratory studies on the course CCNA.

In spring 2010, received the status of the Regional Academy in the part of the educational course CCNA.
