GRINDING TOOLS WITH HEIGHTENED STABILITY FROM PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ABRASIVE GRAIN
PURPOSE These tools will be used for processing of internal openings and outside hard-to-reach surfaces of metallical and non-metallic materials. The main customer of these materials is the plants of engineering and metal working.
ADVANTAGES · The increase of stability and durability of grinding heads and circles at the expense of a sophistication of technology of production and applying of new ceramic sheaf. · High purity of surfacing. · The decreasing consumption of the tools at the expense of a decrease of its wearing. · Decrease of the cost of commodity at the expense of usage of a secondary abrasive grain. The cost of secondary abrasive in 2-3 times is lower than the cost of a new abrasive grain. · The decreasing of power costs at production at the expense of usage of new ceramic sheaf.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS The abrasive grinding tool is made as grinding heads of a type АW, ЕW, FW F2W (GOST 2447-82) and circles the type 1, type 5 (GOST 2424-83) diameter from 3 up to 63 mm, length from 6 up to 40 mm. Material - electrocorund white (24А, 25А). Granularity - 100-400 microns Hardness - М2, М3, SМ1, SМ2, S1, S2, SТ1, SТ2, SТ3 Structure - 6, 7, 8.
