CALCULATION PROGRAMME OF OPTIMAL PIPE CHARACTERISTICS OF DIFFERENT STRUCTURES AND SHAPE Name of the development: PIPE is a calculation programme of optimal pipe characteristics of different structures and shape.
purpose: Ïðîãðàììà the programme is intended for the expert-designers of industry enterprises that produce pipes of different structures and shape.
description of the development: By means of the Programme PIPE it is possible to make calculation of the stress-strain properties of the laminated pipes made of different construction materials: metal, polymer and composition. Algorithms of the programme are based on the original numerically-analytical calculation methods of the research staff of developers. The programme helps to define deflected mode state of the pipe, to make a selection of the optimal construction parameters of pipes (thickness, material, percentage of fibers and matrix) on the basis of the parameters set by the user, to make firmness calculation of different kind of defects (shape of the defects is defined by the user), to carry out calculation of the laminated made of reinforced materials (the basic schemes of reinforced materials are installed in the programme) and maintain data base of physical specifications of materials. Advantage: as a rule, standard calculation models are used which let to make pipe solidity calculations out of homogeneous materials of isotopic structure thus for the use of such massive software as MARK, ANSYS for calculation of the heterogeneous structure one needs to have certain knowledge in mechanics. The programme PIPE, specializing in the calculation of the pipes of different shapes and structures, has a clear interface which helps the designer make certain calculations faster.
