PROGRAMMED COMPLEX FOR CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS OF TECHNOLOGIC EQUIPMENT

In production processes, oil processing as an example, there arises the necessity to control the equipment condition (vessels, tankage and so on) used to keep aggressive liquids. At big enterprises the number of the objects under control can be more than several thousands, that is why it is difficult to control their condition, and the assessment of the equipment condition as a whole is next to impossible. Using of computing machinery is an efficient way of solving of this problem.

Programmed complex for corrosion control and diagnostics allows:
to present the enterprise structure in the form of hierarchy schemes;
to produce graphic presentations of pipelines, tankage and technological schemes);
to input data on controlled objects by hand or directly from special equipment (thickness-meters);
visualize all controlled objects data (images, technical parameters,
sizes, corrosion diagramme);
to forecast technological equipment corrosion;
to estimate durability and strain of pipeline;
to trace defective products;
to prepare and print the necessary documentation.

After diagnostics of enterprise equipment corrosion, methods of applied regressive analyses are used, which allow to make forecasts with great precision based on the measurements results (apparatus – thickness meters).

Programmed complex is meant for leading engineers and mechanics, specialists of technical supervision, and other services in charge of equipment maintenance.
