Technology
of ion-radiation processing of conponents of reactional charge
It
is used at
the plants producing diamond powders by a catalytic method. Technology
peculiarities: There has been developed technology and a technological module has been produced
to modify components of reactional charge for synthesis of man-made diamonds
through vacuum ion-plasma metallization of graphite powdwe and introduction
of diamond-like phase into reactional charge. It is meant to
optimize the synthesis of man-made diamonds. Advantages: the amount of diamond powder in products of
synthesis increased by 15%. Technical characteristics
