TECHNOLOGY OF COVERINGS FORMING ON THE BASIS OF PRECIOUS METALS BY ELECTROCHEMICAL METHOD WITH LASER INFLUENCE

 

 

 

 

Area of science-technics: optics, quantum electronics, micro- and nanoelectronics.

 

Technology features: it is possible to get metal films of silver, gold, and platinum of the given size on the basis of dielectric and semiconductive materials, formed by electrochemical precipitation method under laser beam influence on cathode. the technological equipment to from structures of different resolving capacity, for example, thin films of precious metals, has been worked out.

 

Advantages and characteristics:

·     increase in adhesive bond durability at the zone of laser impulse effect (3.5 – 5 times).

·     increase in growth speed of local film structures at the zone of laser radiation effect (8 – 10 times).

·     reduction in precious metals expendses at production process.

·     contact resistance decrase (1.3 – 1.8 times).

·     the possibility to form functional contact sites of micro and submicro sizes.
