The Technological Module for Diamondlike Films Formation by the Methods of Laser Dispersion and Graphite Ionic-beam Synthesis

The new technology and technological module for carbon diamondlike films drawing by combining laser and ionic-beam technologies methods is developed.

The technology of diamondlike films getting distinguishes in the high speeds of a covering drawing with the raised durability of adhesive joining, high mechanical and corrosion stability.

The technological module can be applied at iron and steel industry enterprises.

Advantages: wear resistance of a tool is raised at 1, 5 - 3 times.
