NEW CONSTRUCTION OF CERAMIC TILE WITH INCREASED THERMO-INSULATING AND SOUNDPROOF PROPERTIES

We offer a double-layer construction of ceramic tile with the lower layer having firm connection with ceramics without using any additional adhesive formulation and possessing thermo-insulating and soundproof properties. Production technique of the lower layer is based on silicon dioxide (aerosil, waists of chemical and metallurgical industry), including mixture made of powdery silicon dioxide together with silicate glass and its shaping: bulking while heat treatment at 400,00C and cooling of the porous product. Firm joining of the insulating layer with ceramic tile occurring while its foaming in a shaping form and there is no need to use the adhesive formulation.

The lower layer of ceramic tile has following properties:

heat conductivity - 0,1-0,2 V/m*K,

density according to the mixture can be  - 100-440 êg/m3,

thermal resistance - 750-9000Ñ,

pressure durability – 0,4-2 ÌPà,

material humidity – 1,5 -1,73%,

cold resistance – (-200) 0Ñ.

By using different shaping forms while carrying out of the foaming process it is possible to add any required shape (cylinder, disk etc.).

Application field:

-         thermo-insulation and soundproof together with decoration of walls and ceiling, stairs floor, basement floor;

-         light multilayer walling;

-         warmth-keeping walls

-         thermo-insulation and soundproof, fire protection of the inner partition-wall constructions;

-         thermo-insulation of industrial refrigerated stores etc.

Competitive advantages:

The rise of thermal protection characteristics of protecting constructions 2-4 times as much; ecologically safe; biologically stable; can not be exposed by gnawing animals; does not age in the process of exploitation, can not be destructed; non-combustible; widely spread materials are used for its production, secondary and waste materials of chemical and other productions.
