Sol-gel technology of obtaining think silica gel glasses
- PURPOSE
This know-how allows receiving plates of a quartz glass without melting and cuting of monoliths on separate plates. Think silica gel glasses (<=1 mm) are intended for manufacturing of optical elements, screens displays, light filters with selective absorption of light radiation over a wide wavelength range, etc.
- The area of application
Think silica gel glasses can be applied in optics, quantum electronics, microelectronics, spectacles of different types, screens TFT- displays, optical windows in devices, plates for a microwave microcircuit, etc.
