Physical Chemistry of composite, multilayer thin-film systems on the basis of polymeric and inorganic (metal, carbonic, metal carbides and nitrides) materials, complex chemical combinations of active gaseous phase, plasma chemistry.

Aleksandr V. Rogachev

Rogachev A.V. – specialist in the field of physical chemistry, plasma-chemistry of composite, multilayer thin-film systems on the basis of polymeric and inorganic (metallic, carbonic, metal carbides and nitrides) materials, of plasmochemical synthesis of composite chemical combinations.
He has conducted complex research of nanocomposite coatings formation on the basis of polymers, metals and chemical combinations. He has elaborated the methods of regulations of physical-chemical characteristics of nano- and micro-heterogeneous systems, based on plasmic activation of volatile product, gas-transport plasmochemical processes on the stage of nanoparticle deposition from gas phase of complex composition.
Rogachev A.V. is the author of relaxational-diffusive therapy of interface processes, presenting a new actively developing scientific direction in the field of physical-chemistry of heterogeneous systems.
He is a head of research laboratory “Physico-chemistry and technologies of micro- and nanosystems” (detailed information is on the web-site: www.gsu.by)
He has 520 scientific publications, including 5 monographs, 1 teaching aid with signature stamp of Ministry of Education, more than 80 inventions and patents.
One doctor and one candidate of science have been prepared under his supervision.

1. Development, delivery of equipment and technologies of alloyed metal diamond-like carbonic coatings formation with high mechanical and tribotechnical properties.
2.  Development, delivery of equipment and technologies of thin nanocomposite coatings formation on the basis of polymers, ceramics with different properties.
3. Development, delivery of equipment and technologies of surface modification of materials for the purpose of attribution to them hydrophobic or hydrophilic properties, antibacterial characteristics, of high wear resistance and other specific properties.
