The 51st meeting of the permanent seminar was held at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia on the issues of construction of the Union State.

Francisk Skorina Gomel State University was represented by Vice-rector for academic affairs Andrey Kruk.

The subject of the seminar "Forming a single scientific and technological space of the Union State: problems, prospects, innovations" was reflected in the open discussions at the plenary and sectional sessions and in the reports of the meeting participants.

Andrey Kruk delivered a report on the issues of cooperation between Francisk Skorina Gomel State University with organizations and institutions from the Russian Federation based on implementation of projects. There are 44 cooperation agreements, which provide implementation of planned research and scientific activities, mutual assistance in their organization and exchange of ideas and information on the research results.
