Delegation of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University headed by Tatyana Pochinok, Head of the Department of English language, took part in the opening ceremony of International economy forum “Business Days in Gomel” and Republican exhibition “Business in regions”.

The business event was aimed at the samples presentation of products manufactured at the foreign and national enterprises, search of business partners, establishment of trade and economic partnerships within a wide range of international business communities. The event was attended by 150 leaders of enterprises and organizations from 18 countries: Russia, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, Croatia, Vietnam, Latvia, Slovenia, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Thailand, China, etc.

Republican exhibition “Business in regions” was supposed to represent the products from the most prominent enterprises of Gomel and Gomel region: OJSC “Spartak”, OJSC “Gomelstroymaterialy”, OJSC “Gomeldrev”, OJSC “Gomelhimtorg”, OJSC “Krasny Mozyryanin”, OJSC “Iventa”, OJSC “Spetskommuntrans”, etc.

The opening ceremony was attended by Chairman of Gomel region executive committee Vladimir Dvornik, Chairman of Gomel city executive committee Pyotr Kirichenko, Vice-chairman of Gomel region executive committee Andrey Konyushko and other official representatives of Gomel and Gomel region.
