On 27 September the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus was engaged in the International Academic Olympic Festival of Innovative Projects “Olympic Movement, Students Sport, Communications and Education”. The event was initiated for the purposes of new perspective innovative solutions to boost educational potential in the sphere of physical culture and sport, the Olympic Movement, and help to young scientists in elaboration of their own development strategy.

It is a joint project of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian Olympic Academy, the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture, the Social and Cultural Department of the Belarusian State University.

Master’s Degree student from the Faculty of Physical culture Olga Osipenko was the representative of Gomel State University. She delivered the presentation of her project “Junior sportsmen’ knowledge formation in conditions of sport and health camps” (research advisor - Candidate of pedagogic sciences, associate professor of the Department of theory and methodology of physical culture Vladimir Starchenko).
