An official visit of delegation of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University to Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania) within the framework international Erasmus + programme project «Introducing modules on law and rights in programmes of teacher training and educational sciences: a contribution to building rights-based education systems in countries in transition (ELA)» is over. The programme was rather intensive, but at the same time very interesting and informative: morning and afternoon sessions included discussions and analysis of study modules developed by partner universities staff members participating in the project. In the evening our colleagues attended lectures organized by foreign partners and PhD students. The GSU researchers participated actively in monitoring of study and methodological supply developed by their colleagues. Dean of Faculty of Law I.I.Esmantovich, associate professor of Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Training M.G.Koshman, associate professor of Department of Pedagogy E.E.Koshman prepared extended system expert reviews in four study modules in the context of modern approaches adopted in jurisprudence, pedagogy and psychology. Head of International Affairs Department A.P Grahotsky presented his expert view in the report «Confidentiality and protection of information in education» where particular attention was focused on Belarusian experience and existing legal basis. The quality of their work was highly appreciated by the project managers. Highlighting particular value, quality and scientific significance of the presented materials of study module «Disciplinary procedures in schools and the duty of care, negligence and the duty of care and liability law» developed by our researchers, the decision on separate emphasizing of its psychological and pedagogical aspects and development one more additional structural complex educational unit was taken. Dean of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy held the final seminar session where he presented the results of Lithuanian stage of the project development and practical steps for its further implementation. Reserchers of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University are to undertake significant work dedicated to implementation of planned activities, improvement of existing theoretical, study-methodological materials and development of new ones.
