Currently the delegation of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University visits Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania) within the framework of international Erasmus + programme project «Introducing modules on law and rights in programmes of teacher training and educational sciences: a contribution to building rights-based education systems in countries in transition (ELA)». The study module «Disciplinary procedures in schools and the duty of care, negligence and the duty of care and liability law», prepared jointly by A.P.Grahotsky, I.I.Esmantovich, V.A.Bejzerov, M.G.Koshman, E.E.Koshman, V.N.Dvorak, L.A.Krasnobaeva, A.A.Konopleva, was presented during the visit. These materials were presented like a multi-disciplinary course embracing knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and law as a result of productive cooperation of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, Vytautas Magnus University and Kutafin Moscow State Law University. The main report was presented by Dean of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy V.A.Bejzerov. Numerous international experts evaluated efficiency and quality of the developed materials presented for discussion. It was stated that the study module aims at development of teachers` competence both in pedagogical and legal aspects which can stimulate correct application of disciplinary procedures in school, correct cooperation of all participants of educational process, consideration of interests of participants of educational process, responsibility of administration, teachers, parents and pupils. The forum will be held in the following days as well. The GSU representatives will as experts of study modules presented by colleagues from partner universities.
