An inception visit of Rector of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University Sergei Khakhomov to the Council of Europe (Strasbourg, France) is over.

Being a member of delegation of Belarusian universities administration staff members, S.Khakhomov participated in a range of meetings with representatives of the Council of Europe. The agenda of the meetings included presentation of the CE activities, consideration of programmes dedicated to enhancement of level of education in the sphere of human rights, discussion of potential directions of mutually beneficial cooperation and perspectives of joint projects implementation.
