Academician of Royal Swedish Academy, member of Nobel Committee in Physics, professor of Stockholm University Mats Larsson visited Francisk Skorina Gomel State University on March 28.

Rector of the University S.A. Khakhomov, Director of Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Chemistry A.V. Rogachev, Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Information Technologies D.L. Kovalenko and associate professor of Department of Theoretical Physics V.N. Kapshaj greeted the honourable guest.

Scientific cooperation between Francisk Skorina Gomel State University and Stockholm University was established more than 10 years ago. In 2014 Mats Larsson was awarded a title of Honorary Doctor of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University.
