The exposition and the open discussion panel held within the frames of MIEF were devoted to the issues of modern digital technologies. The national system of the Republic of Belarus was represented the Minister of education Igor Karpenko who introduced its national specific features at the Ministerial forum. Advantages and opportunities of higher education in Belarus for prospective foreign students were displayed on a collective stand “Education in Belarus” including an exposition of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University.
