Meeting of Rector Sergei Khakhomov with students of Shanghai University who studied at Faculty of Philology for 3 months was held on January 18.

It is much easier to study a language directly in learning environment. That`s why students from China, Turkmenistan and other countries who aspire to study Russian language thoroughly come to Belarus.

The students shared their impressions on life and study in GSU. They will continue their study in China, but the acquired knowledge and practical language skills will undoubtedly contribute to this purpose.

Director of Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Chemistry A.V. Rogachev, Head of International Affairs Department Alexander Grahotsky, Head of Department of Russian, General and Slavic linguistics V.I.Koval and teacher of Chinese language were present at the meeting as well.
