International Forum of Professional Education dedicated to the 15th Anniversary of Shanghai Professional Institute of Industry, Commerce and Foreign languages was held in Shanghai on October 28, 2016. Director of Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Chemistry of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University Alexander Rogachev participated in it.

The Forum schedule included topical lectures and symposium aiming at exchange of experience between participants.

The following organizations were presented as the leading ones: Special Higher Education Committee of Chinese Private Education Society, Private Education Branch of Chinese Professional Technical Education Society, Private Education Shanghai Organization and Shanghai Publishing Office of Pedagogical and Foreign languages Materials.

Discussion aiming at considering innovational models of professional education in new conditions and experience exchange in China and abroad was held as well. It gave the Forum participants a chance to present new theories of scientific and guiding significance, as well as to participate in professional education policy development.
