International conference dedicated to global researches and education Inter-Academia is an event successive to a series of conferences organized by Inter-Academia community every autumn starting from 2002. Such conferences provide background for international scientific network which stimulate academic and social cooperation of teachers, researchers and students of Shizuoka University (Japan) and universities of Eastern-Central and Eastern Europe. This year the conference was held at the end of September in Warsaw University of Technology (Poland). The primary goals of Inter-Academia 2016 are as follow: creation of international forum for overview of scientific achievements, stimulation and understanding of the lattest tendencies of fundamental and applied researches and enhancement of educational programmes and teaching of students. Besides, there is a necessity to stimulate interest to the lattest research results of the participants and local research communities, as well as of the principal scientific Inter-Academia partners. The event stimulated new theoretical and practical achievements in the chosen research areas. Vice-rector for academic affairs, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, professor I.V. Semchenko, senior teacher of the Department of Optics S.D. Barsukov (currently PhD student of Shizuoka University within the framework of double degree programme) and associate professor of the Department of Radio Physics and Electronics, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences A.V. Semchenko participated in the conference. Our representatives presented three oral and one stand report, acquired important scientific information, exchanged opinions on relevant issues of physics with the leading scientists from various countries. There was a meeting with S.D. Barsukov`s Japanese research supervisor, professor of Shizuoka University Jung Condoh (in our University rector S.A. Khakhomov is his research supervisor) and also reports analysis with professor of Shizuoka University Yukinory Ono was organized. Discussion of scientific issues was organized with Dumitru Luca, professor of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi (Romania) who is also a supervisor of scientific project implemented jointly with GSU. Doctor of Techniques, Head of the Department of Theoretical Principles of Material Science of St. Petersburg State Technological Institute, professor M.M. Sychev also participated in the conference. The discussion resulted in concordance related to establishment of joint Master`s degree programme.
